Ukraine and South Korea prepare joint agricultural projects
The National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine and South Korea are getting ready to implement innovative projects in the agricultural sector.
President of the Academy Yaroslav Gadzalo met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Ukraine Mr. Lee Yang Goo. During the meeting the sides discussed areas of cooperation on renewable energy, the development of a modular concept «fastplant agro». They also discussed the possibility of creating a Research Park that will provide a combination of intellectual resources of science and industrial and financial resources of business for the implementation of joint business projects in innovative and investment-active segments of agricultural production.
In addition, the parties considered the possibility of using the platform «Agrotechnopolis» on the basis of scientific institutions of NAAS.
The next meeting to specify the conditions for cooperation and documentary registration will be held in April this year.
