Only those who pay taxes will get agricultural subsidies
Approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the order of allocation of subsidies to farmers is a compensatory mechanism which provides compensations, particularly to those farmers who are engaged in all types of livestock breeding, vegetable and fruit growing and so on.
This was announced by deputy of Ukraine Nikolay Kucher, reports the press service of the deputy.
''This is a great victory, because producers in these industries had concerns that there will be serious losses. But yesterday mechanism was approved by the CMU and those producers that operate in the domestic market, will receive funds from the state budget'', — said Kucher.
He also said that this mechanism for many farmers is even better than it was last year. For example, last year, farmers received 50% of the value added tax for beef production, 80% — for milk, production and today they have the opportunity to obtain a large amount of money.
According to Nikolay Kucher, a very important point is that compensation is expected not to those who sells products, but to those who sells and pays taxes.
