Farm specializes in crop production and livestock breeding.

Dairy cattle breeding is a priority trend. Milk is produced on two production units — in Bilyn village and Okhnivka, Volodymyr-Volynsk district.

Total herd size is 2,200 heads of cattle.

In 2013, they changed fixed housing for loose.

Also they built three barns for 288 heads each and one for 130 heads, installed two milking parlours «herringbone» 2×12 (GEA), bought three mixers.

At the farm in Bilyn 1000 heads of cattle are kept, including 440 milking cows.

The cows were transferred into new barns and new milking parlour was brought into operation in 2016.

The average daily milk yield is 26 kg of milk per dairy cow with a fat content of 3.7−3.8%, protein — 3.45%. In 2017, total milk yield per forage cow was 8 400 kg. By the end of 2018 they plan to milk 9,200 kg. Cows are milked three times a day.

The milk is cooled in two tanks for 12 and 5 tons.

Dairy cow diet includes 30 kg of corn silage, 5−6 kg of haylage, 5 kg of beer pellet and 10 kg of mixed feed.

They produce corn silage and haylage: alfalfa, oat and hybrid rye.

The average duration of productive life of cows is three lactations.

The manure is removed by delta scraper.

Cows are bred when spontaneous heat is detected and by the synchronization scheme. Heat is detected visually, as well as by identifying devices — respondents and recounters.

Newborn calves are given 3 liters of colostrum through a tube: the first time in an hour after birth, the second one — in eight hours. Then calves are transferred to individual cages, where they are 58−60 days. Here they are given pasteurized milk. The average daily gain of calves during milk period is 750−800 g. When the weight of heifers reaches 70 kg, they are weaned, for ten days they are given water and feed mix to avoid stress. Then, they are transferred into groups of 10−12 heads. The sections are equipped with heating drinkers.

Heifers are inseminated at 12−13 months at a weight of 350 kg and a height at the withers of 124−127 cm.
